She has been associated with ORLEN Asfalt since 2004. She gained extensive knowledge and experience in bitumen trading, starting from the position of the Key Manager, then the Head of the Domestic Trade Department, and from 2018 the Director of the Trade Office. In 2021, she took the position of the President of the Management Board of ORLEN Asfalt Česká republika, responsible for the sale of bitumens produced in the refineries in Pardubice and Litvinov in the Czech Republic.

She has participated in many business projects related to the integration and optimization of bitumen sales in the ORLEN Group.

Manager with many years of experience in business process analysis in financial and management accounting.

She graduated from the University of Lodz at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology. She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and Kozminski University with specializations in accounting and finance. In 2021, she graduated from the Executive Master of Business Administration at the Warsaw School of Management.

She has been associated with ORLEN Group since 2001 always in positions in the area of corporate finance and project management. From 2007 to 2015, she served as Director of the Financial and Accounting Office and then as Member of the Management Board for Financial Affairs at ORLEN Gaz, where she was responsible for the preparation and execution of the accounting policy and supervision of the company's financial area.

Since 2015, she has continued her career at ORLEN Asfalt as Financial Director and Member of the Management Board for Financial Affairs. She is also Member the Supervisory Board of ORLEN Asfalt Česká republika.

As of June, 2024, she is a Member of the Management Board of ORLEN Asfalt and a Member of the Management Board of ORLEN Paliwa.
