Paweł Wachnik
President of the Management Board
Manager with many years of experience. In 2016-2021, he was a Member of the Management Board of LOTOS Paliwa. Until 2016, he ran business and strategic consulting as part of his own business. In the years 2010-2015 he was the President of the Management Board and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at North Food Polska. Previously, he was also associated with such companies as Columbus Pro, Multikino.
In 2021, he graduated from managerial studies at Apsley Business School London.
Paweł Karlik
Member of the Management Board
A manager with many years of experience in managing enterprises, projects and business processes from various industries. In the ORLEN Group, from 2018 he was the President of the Management Board of WCD Platinum Oil, and then a Member of the Management Board of ORLEN KolTrans S.A. Previously, he worked, among others, as a Director in a telecommunications industry company and in a construction company. In addition, he used his knowledge and experience as the Advisor to the President of the PZU S.A. Management Board. He was also the initiator and founder of a therapeutic company, cooperating with the largest medical institutions, acting for the benefit of people with disabilities.
A graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice, where he graduated from the Faculty of Management and Marketing. In 2021, he graduated from managerial studies at Apsley Business School London.
Małgorzata Kowalska
Member of the Management Board
She has been associated with ORLEN Asfalt since 2004. She gained extensive knowledge and experience in bitumen trading, starting from the position of the Key Manager, then the Head of the Domestic Trade Department, and from 2018 the Director of the Trade Office. In 2021, she took the position of the President of the Management Board of ORLEN Asfalt Česká republika, responsible for the sale of bitumens produced in the refineries in Pardubice and Litvinov in the Czech Republic.
She has participated in many business projects related to the integration and optimization of bitumen sales in the ORLEN Group.
