The implementation of the Quality Management System was guided by the idea that our products must meet the highest standards of quality. The Certificate of Compliance, which we received in 2005, is not only the culmination of our efforts but also the guarantor of meeting international requirements and the demands of our customers. We are aware of the customer's influence on our business, therefore, we have entrusted them with a fundamental position in our management system. We use all feedback received from customers - both positive and negative - to improve our products and processes, as well as the entire organisation.
In conducting operations, we strive to continuously take into account our environmental impact. In order to clearly demonstrate the special importance we place on protecting the environment, we have implemented the requirements of an Environmental Management System, as defined in International Standard ISO 14001.
Our Integrated Management System is supplemented with an Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with the requirements of BN OHSAS 18001. At ORLEN Asphalt, we treat matters related to safety with particular concern. The words: health, safety and occupational health represent areas in which we pay particular care and in which we involve all the employees of our Company. The aim of the standards, policies and procedures implemented within the Occupational Health and Safety Management System is to eliminate all the risks associated with the company's operations. That is why we strive for their strict observance.
